Process of buying products online:

  1. Browse through all our product pages and find the items that you would like to buy.
  2. Fill out our product request form below with the items you would like to purchase, along with your contact details, including your delivery address.
  3. We will receive your product request form and contact you to confirm the availability of the product(s) and whether we are able to deliver the goods directly (price is dependent on location) or whether you will need to arrange a carrier (at your cost).
  4. If you are happy to proceed with the purchase you can pay via credit card, postal cheque or direct transfer.
  5. Once the payment has been received in full we will allow a carrier to pick the goods up from the appropriate store or deliver the product to your nominated address.  Your receipt will accompany the goods.
